Pick your location from your saved addresses. Buyers only ever see your public area, never your street.
Buyers drag a radius slider (1–100 km) and see what's close, with the distance on each card.
You earn +50 J-Points when your listing goes live.

Sajha Deal: neighbours unlock a group price.

You list the regular price plus a lower Sajha price, and set how many neighbours you need (minimum 2).
Neighbours tap Join and commit 10 J-Points as a deposit, held in escrow and returned if the deal fails.
The moment the last seat fills, the deal unlocks and everyone, including you, gets a notification to complete the sale.

Example: Rs. 90,000 regular → Rs. 75,000 Sajha for a group of 5.

sab ek sath — mix & match

Combine it all on one listing.

Negotiable tells buyers you're open to offers.
Sajha adds the group price on top, and your regular price stays visible beside it.
Add a quantity for multiples and a video so buyers can see it work.
Share the listing into a Chiya Guff room so a whole community sees it.

Radar: real deals from shops around you.

Shops with a Business account post offers pinned to their location. You see the ones within your radius, 10 km by default, adjustable from 1 to 25 km.
Claim an offer and earn +10 J-Points, then show your code in the shop.
Services can take appointments, and shops can allow price offers so you can haggle.
Happy Hour: a service with free slots that expires within 6 hours automatically drops 25%.

flash blast — ekdam turuntai

Flash Blast: a deal that shouts to the whole neighbourhood.

A shop taps Push Flash, sets a price, a quantity and a timer of 1, 2, 4 or 6 hours.
Everyone within 5 km who has flash alerts on gets an instant notification.
People tap Grab it. Each person can grab once, and when the stock hits zero the blast ends as sold out.
Deals appear in a swipeable Flash feed, and you redeem by visiting the shop.
Quick Blast: already have an offer? One tap turns it into a 1-hour, 2 km flash.

share gara, kamau

Promote & Earn: get paid for spreading the word.

Anyone can grab a personal share link for a Flash Blast.
When a friend grabs the deal through your link, you earn the shop's promoter bounty in J-Points. Shops can offer 0–500.
After you've claimed, upload a short proof video of your visit. The shop can offer an auditor bounty for honest reviews.

How Guff connects people near you.

Open Guff and you'll see rooms nearest to you first, from your neighbourhood and nearby landmarks.
Local groups are visible within 25 km by default, adjustable up to 100 km. National groups are open to all of Nepal.
Private groups are invite-only, and only the owner can invite.
Tap Join to get in, earn J-Points and say hi. Anyone can start their own group.

Send a treat: chiya (10 J-Points), samosa (20) or momo (50) to someone who made your day.

Virtual Clubs: a DJ, a crowd, a good night.

A Virtual Club is a Guff room with music. Anyone can join and chat. Starting your own club needs Guff Level 2.
You level up by chatting. At Level 10 you become an Elder who can mute troublemakers for 10 minutes.
Level 15+ Elders and club owners can book the DJ booth for 100 J-Points a session.
The DJ drops a YouTube or SoundCloud link and the whole club hears the track change together, while the crowd sends song requests.
