Is it really free?
Yes. Joining, posting, chatting and buying cost nothing, and we take 0% commission on what you sell.
How do you make money, then?
Later, shops will be able to pay to promote their deals so more people nearby see them. Everyday members never pay to use Mr. Jhole.
Is it safe?
Every account is verified with a one-time code on the owner's phone. Listings are checked, and anything reported is hidden while we review it. Meet in a public place, look at the item before you pay, and never send money in advance.
What if someone scams me?
Report the listing or message from inside the app. Reported content is hidden straight away, we review it, and people who break the rules are banned. Tell us what happened and we will look into it.
Who can see my listings?
People near you browse by area. A listing shows a public area only, never your street address.
What do you do with my phone number?
We use it to confirm that you are a real person and to let you sign in. The privacy page lists exactly what we collect and why.
How do J-Points work?
You earn J-Points for posting, sharing a deal and chatting. They unlock levels, badges and perks. Open the J-Points Vault in the app to see your balance. They are points inside Mr. Jhole, not money.
